This place was horrible, so much broken junk/woodnen gates, trailes not placed where they should have been, i litterally had to park the truck infromt of the others partially on the road, i was allowed 40 xtra miles do to where i actually moved had no uhaul place, even with them being given notification i was still billed, now gotta wait up to 3 daus for a manager to call me then up to 7 days for a refund!i used youns many times over the uears paid $1000s over time but this time, i think i will change to budget or another company, , your trucks are no longer safe to drive, your partners charge bs charges,wjen i picked up the truck, there was no trash in it but not mopped clean either but irrelevent to me.there was no trash left in the truck either at my drop off. yep a lil muddy it poured rain my entire move so i was also charged $25 i guess for not mopping the ramp! And yes this will be my reveiw on social media as well.

Vehicle key drop box was not near drop off lot. I called to find out where key drop box was and was told it was at the building at end of street.

Employee did not know what he was doing - took way too long for him to pull up my pre registration and get us on the road. Kicked back in his chair with feet propped up on desk and keying info in on phone. Will not use or recommend this vendor again.
