ELAINE BThe store didn’t have the carts I ordered, and didn’t even know if they had a uhaul available until an hour after I got there. The clerk was unhappy I was even there and didn’t want to handle any uhaul business at all. And, this location was not even the store I selected to pick the truck up from. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Marcos DUHAUL'S website does not allow a renter to shorten the rental period. This location was an absolute travesty of no customer service, no help hitching the trailer up or returning it. I will never rent from this location again.
Ted HCharged me for a dolly that wasn't there and moving blankets that were not there. I made sure to deselect them when I ordered the truck. Staff at this location are clueless. Do not rent from this location

Derrick FI selected to have dollys that were not in the truck. I had to drive back and look for them only to find out I had to drive to pick them up at a location 20 minutes away. I did not actually receive the uhaul and things I needed until one hour after I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul.

Carlos OTell your customers to stay away from this place. The clerks at the store had no idea how to manage U-Haul customers or U-Haul transactions. They were not trained. I am being charged for items I did not order and although I brought the trailer back the same day, am being charged for two days. This is an ongoing dispute that U-Haul can't seem to rectify and the owner and manager at White Oak Mart do not know what they are doing. This is causing me endless phone calls and today I'll dispute the charges on my credit card. If you don't like hassles, don't go to White Oak Mart for your U-Haul needs.
joan mGas tank was empty at pick up, blankets unfolded and thrown in, truck had broken rails inside and was dirty and had like black mold or something in it.
DAKOTA JThe clerk was primarily running a convienant store and not knowledgable of what was required to drop off the trailer. She said everything was good to go. When I got my final bill, I received an extra $20 charge for being late. I actually dropped it off at 1030 am on the morning it was due when the due return time was 3pm. The final invoice showed it wasn't entered until the following day. Completely unsatisfactory.

Kyrstin cThe only drawback is that I didn't get a receipt when I dropped off the truck which left me a little uncomfortable. It might be that UHAUL doesn't give receipts upon drop-off and only through email, though.
SCOTTALAN POvercharged me for the rental truck. I returned the truck the same day and was charged for an additional day in rental and insurance fees.
