They didn’t have furniture mats I ordered. The trucks AC worked most of the time but not all the time; and the brakes were sketchy.

ELAINE BThe store didn’t have the carts I ordered, and didn’t even know if they had a uhaul available until an hour after I got there. The clerk was unhappy I was even there and didn’t want to handle any uhaul business at all. And, this location was not even the store I selected to pick the truck up from. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced.
