UHAUL'S website does not allow a renter to shorten the rental period. This location was an absolute travesty of no customer service, no help hitching the trailer up or returning it. I will never rent from this location again.
Ted HCharged me for a dolly that wasn't there and moving blankets that were not there. I made sure to deselect them when I ordered the truck. Staff at this location are clueless. Do not rent from this location
TIM BI called customer service with the complaint already but my customer experience was horrible and I was charged for things I didn’t ask for. (Blankets, dolley, coverage). Still waiting on my refund
Derrick FI selected to have dollys that were not in the truck. I had to drive back and look for them only to find out I had to drive to pick them up at a location 20 minutes away. I did not actually receive the uhaul and things I needed until one hour after I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul.
