My reservation was changed the day before it was scheduled for pickup to a location in another state. The alternative location was 15 miles away which added to both the milage and gas prices. Especially when the original location was only 1 mile away. The website did not allow me to edit my pickup once it thought i picked the vehicle at 430am. The only saving grace was the White Oak Mart rep that was able to make all the necessary arrangement through direct text message. I was nervous about being incorrectly charged or double charged throughout the whole ordeal. I will use any other alternative moving company in the future.

BRIAN SIt worked out fine. The man directed me to a parking space and took care of the return very quickly. No issues.
ARTHUR SThey didn’t have furniture mats I ordered. The trucks AC worked most of the time but not all the time; and the brakes were sketchy.
