Kevin CWell I did not receive my call the day before and when I called the day of my reservation that I had made two weeks in advance. I was told I had to drive 30 miles from the location I was supposed to pick up the truck and transporter to get the truck and go to another location 15 miles away to to pick up the transport. So instead of driving 5 miles to get my equipment at 10am I had to drive 45 miles and pick up in two locations at 1pm that threw me behind 3 hours to move from one state to another. The location people where great it is the people that set up the reservations that failed.

Larry SSomehow, my reservation was mysteriously canceled hours before my pickup time, causing there to be no truck for me when I arrived. Beth went above and beyond to procure a vehicle, with minimal delay, and I was able to complete my transaction and start my move within only a couple hour delay. Beth took excellent care of me, and made sure i fully understood the safest way to maneuver the vehicle.

Jeremy RTell your customers to always take pictures before and after and take pictures of fuel gauge before and after also take pictures and video of you fueling the truck so you dont get screwed out of 62 dollars for something that you already paid for
steven dTruck I was supposed to pick up had a cracked windshield so they put me in a larger truck which I then had to trade out at yet another location in Dyersburg. Dyersburg employees were rude and ignored me half the time. Equipment's passenger-side mirror would not adjust but NO WAY was I going back in and have to deal with such rude and disrespectful men.
