Ran into issues opening the lock right out of the gate. Lady I spoke with associated with Hunnid was nice but ultimately, I was left to fend for myself getting the lock open. After an hour of trying, getting transferred to and fro from U-Haul rep to U-Haul rep, I finally got it open. Location wise….its a bit sketchy

The particular location is a narrow alleyway that can be hard to see. Letting customers know ahead of time could help.
