The price advertised was $29, I used the truck for a few hours - and ended up paying $138 plus $25 in gas.. I only used quarter of a tank of gas, so I didn't put many kilometers on at all! I did not receive a deposit back. I was very surprised that the bill was over $100 what I expected.

They had no one on site that could do the “paperwork “ for the haul. Had to wait for the person to be called back to the service counter. They were not on site. Unnecessary wait , other then that friendly service.

Every person I spoke to gave me a different cost. The phone sales person quoted me one price which was not what was in the system when I went to pay for the rental. In addition to the price per day being different than I saw online she inputted 3 days into the system instead of the one day. When I met with the staff during pick up we identified that I actually only needed to rent for one day but the system wouldn't allow her to go down to one day, she was able to reduce the rental to two days as I originally requested. Very confusing and frustrating. The staff at the pick up location were excellent to deal with, the service rep did her best to rectify the errors made but the phone sales rep.
