The only way to use this location is Monday to Friday. On the weekend there is no one servicing the U-Haul rentals, you have to do everything through the App,including uploading pictures and this location is a dead zone for cell service. It was a VERY painful experience both renting and dropping off and took way to long. At least if there had been an actual person on location it would have been much easier.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Whynotts were very helpful and went above and beyond. The U-Haul system was down, but they handled everything excellently.
Larry KThe location was far from my home but was the closest with the type of rental I required. The attendant was very helpful and courteous. They were flexible with our return.
Lesley DNot happy. They made us travel 75km from home to pick up the rental.
