The salesman was rude and insulting. He neglected to say that the rental was only for mileage from Hampton Nh to Somersworth NH. We needed to pick up items from several places so we had to pay an extra $83 on top of the rental of$270. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and will express this to everyone that I know, meet, or talk to. Extremely disappointed and upset.
