The lady that ran the uhaul was at lunch and a man who appearantly did not work there wanted me to back it in to a specific location and wouldn't help.He later cane to help and when I asked what he planned to do he would not tell me and started to lift the jack which I had already cranked down. Then he got upset when I asked again. And drove off. The jack did not lift the trailer high enough to come off the ball. I had to pull the pin on my hitch extention and drag my hitch apart to detach the trailer. NO HELP DROPPING OFF, BUT GREAT HELP WHEN I PICKEDTHE TRAILER UP.

Got there and the doors were locked more than an hour before posted closing time which I also verified on the phone. Dropped it back off the next day, no one there again, and then when my receipt came through I was charged almost 40 dollars more than what I should have been. So I will absolutely not be using this location ever again.

ELIZABETH EContact your customer when you don't have the proper equipment that was asked for when booked. I asked for a 15ft truck w/ an appliance dolly(for stove,fridge and etc). When I got to the rental place to pick up truck there was Noone there and the truck that requested was changed and there was no dolly. So I had to call around to find one. The truck was dirty on the inside and didn't know until i started loading the truck. The truck shook so bad that I felt like I was riding on a tractor and it smelt like oil was burning. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD WITH UHAUL! I WANT A REFUND!!!

MAKENZIE TThe U-Haul truck that I received had multiple roaches crawling around in the front of the truck. Every time I would re-open the front driver's door after having it shut for a prolonged period of time, I would find another roach crawling around.

Dennis GReturn location was being used as a hair salon, car sales and U-Haul location.. I had to leave an expensive vehicle behind an open gate with the keys and paperwork in a slot. No one there to assist me.
PATRICK BHire another person to help the lady out. Maintain your equipment and make sure it isn’t broken or damaged before renting it out. Don’t allow your CUSTOMERS to do the work for you.

JAMES BBooked online for a quick pick up and was there over an hour. Lady had no clue and couldn’t make a simple decision with getting permission from manager that never returned her phone call while we waited until she gave in. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and I was once a u-hail branch for 7 years. Worst customer service from the corporate office I’ve experienced in a long time.
Rob MThe local store was easy to deal with. I had no issues. Scheduling with u haul is a whole different issue. U haul kept changed my pick up location twice. The last time they changed it 15 minutes before my pick up time and I had to call to change it to a local store with a different size truck.

darlene MI had initially reserved a truck at another location but at the last minute there was not one available there. Then at the time to pick up the truck, I did not receive a code to unlock the truck to get the keys. Wii Auto Sales could not use my confirmation paperwork to give me my truck at the price on the paperwork. They charged me over $500 for the same truck. I don't know why and I am not happy about it!!

Bradley DI was supposed to be refunded for my U-Haul due to the fact that it was over an hour and a half late and my family and I had to scramble and move things in our vehicles. We ended up getting the U-Haul, like I said, an hour and a half late, but the only thing left was a sofa and two mattresses. I spoke with U-Haul several times who assured me that I would be refunded, but I never received that refund.

Leslie VVet your drop off locations before sending customers to them, so they don’t show up and have to wait another day since the scheduling office is closed, and then charge that customer for an extra day because of YOUR incompetency as a company.
CHARLES FAwareness of your fuel tanks, key locks on the gas caps, stronger fuel tanks to prevent a hole being drilled under it to siphon fuel.

EVA WI'm very unpleased with you all I'm $100 was took off my car for a deposit plus the payment that they charge me overcharge me I bought the truck back nice clean with gas my bank account was charged 80 80 some dollars which this company told me they only charge me 40 something they told me they took $100 deposit that wasn't even put back on my account I am a very upset customer I will never send no one to you all company stole My money!!!!!!!!!
Laura WFirst I was given the wrong address to another facility that does not exist. Then when I called the 800 number they gave me this address when I arrived no one was there I had to call the 800 number back again it was terrible. Someone that came after a while and told me that he will take the key because she was at an appointment didn't give me any confirmation or anything on the mileage or anything he just took the keys and said that she will contact me which I did not get contact by her or anybody else it is charge my bill for the mileage I don't know how accurate it is because we didn't go over the truck or anything.
