I was told that my poor service would be reimbursed by Erick @ (843)489-5316. He did not reimburse me and refuses to reimburse me by giving me excuses not to return my calls. I was very dissatisfied with U-Haul service and will do my best not to have to use it again.LUCILLE C.

My original drop off would not except the trailer, the guy there is very arrogant, went there two times and the people he sent me two would not except the trailer either Speedy oil changehe is on Bells Highway Jeffries Boulevard waltetboro South Carolina. Finally had to call had to call U-Haul to find a drop off spot here in 2421 is very excellent please. Very clean lotta space well kept up and the manager there was real nice. Wait time when you called in is too long took me 45 minutes to get a drop off spot all in all 2 1/2 hours is too long too Drop off your equipment.Robert C.

The regional manager needs to be fired!. Went to two different locations in Walterboro. Each had the same complaint. Equipment not on their inventory so they could not rent it after I made reservations online. Broken Equipment just sitting on their lots. Both locations had same complaint. My brother and I had to PB Blaster the ratchet to get them to kinda work. I had to buy 4 ratchet straps at 42 per strap to go down the road safely.James B.
I would have uhaul do something about the 15-20 mins waiting on hold to talk to a live person. I have to call twice and wait a hour a 10 mins in all to Finally get a truck rented because the first location the person renting the trucks are doing the U-Haul didn't wanna check in the truck so he told me it was damaged online services is great but if I have to rent a U-Haul again I probably won't I've got a Penske just because of how long I had to wait on the phonenick J.

I checked in ahead of time by following the links in the email sent by uhaul. Upon completion of this process I was given a time and an address where I was supposed to pick up the truck. When I arrived at the business, it was closed. After 40 minutes of waiting on hold with uhaul 800 number, I was given the correct information. Things went more smoothly after that. You advertise $19.95 a day or so ....I had the truck less than 2 hours, put more gas in it than it had & Only Drove it maybe 50 miles round trip My Question....WHY was I Charged $63.00 ?? Had to go to 3 different uhaul places, then sent to purchase ball. Then uhaul clerk didn't know how to attach car dolly to my truck. A nice guy helped us lift and put on. The electric plug was broken and had to be changed, again the nice stranger helped.caj P.

The tongue of the transporter was bent and my experience was horrifying. The trailer was all over the road very hard to control. I couldn't go more then 30 35 mpr and it bounces like crazy a 8 HR trip took me over 24 hrs just to make it back safelySimon Nelson B.

I specifically asked and contracted to drop off in Charleston West Ashley upon arriving i was told they could not take my trailer. I was then told to go to Johns Island. Arriving there myself and another customer was told they could not take the trailer. Why? We could have been messaged earlier and rerouted. They were closed on the date of return. When I returned the truck the next day, the lady that checks the truck in wasn't there. The other personnel was unfriendly & unhelpful. They charged me 2 extra days because they weren't open and charged me a $50.00 cleaning charge when the truck only contained the blankets i rented and their plastic covers. Their charge was bogus and their setup is very unprofessional. I won't use uhaul again!!!Edward G.

When I made my reservation I had made it for a bigger truck and another location. When it sent the confirmation it had changed my truck size and location, it would have been nice if someone would have called me to let me know why the changes were made.Shane H.
