When I went to rent uhaul in uhaul my card was declined by U-Haul customer service was very bad when choosing my return location uhaul changed it from Newport ar which was a lot closer to where I was living to the same pickup location I am very dissatisfied with the customer service Jennifer was very rude and didn't want to help out at all the owner of the drop-off location believed that I wasn't living due to other people having the same problem she has told me several people have chosen her drop off then U-Haul changing it I want a refund for the money spend pain and I'm suffering I'm not happy at all

The store clerk was great helped however he could.. I did not want a dolly rolling cart and 75 moving blankets though definitely made moving things in and out the uhaul more difficult to maneuver around all the moving blankets that I didn’t ask for! Also had to call uhaul because their geo location is a joke when there isn’t good service at the pick up location and their customer service is trash! Next time I’ll just make 55 trips in my car the blankets and geo location made me not ever want to use uhaul again
Chelsea CGreat experience, picked up and dropped off with mobile phone app and it was easy and quick. Truck was clean and has been well maintained. Definitely would recommend U Haul to friends and family.
Andy CTook me about 1 hour get the truck and trailer, even i did online reservation. The Clark told me my drop off 7pm. Missing trailer wire kits, no one came out to check the truck and trailer. I am in hurry and part of my fault that I didn't check before I leave. I got to buy trailer wire kits for $10.
SAI ZIt was a bit chaotic because the lady was helping was being distracted by the manager, but we finally got it finished. They were friendly.
Terry JU was quoted 59.00 for a 20 foot but they only had a 26 ft. So I was told they would give me 26 ft for price of 20 ft. When I arrive to pick up U-Haul I was charged $200.00. Is this bait and switch which is illegal. The clerk at gas station said the F word 3 times. Another customer got on to him about his language. I felt robbed. I needed to get moved so what else could I do but pay the higher price. Never Again will I use U haul…

Rick DDrop off was miserable. Location was moved from the usual drop off in the location, the owner forgot to have me sign the release papers, I had to return 3 times to complete my drop off, and I believe I might have been charged extra for a late fee when I actually dropped it off 24 hours early. Not certain though. The final time I returned an employee other than the owner sorted the situation out.
Rodney AThe employees should be trained to deal with customers. I had to use my personal phone to download the paperwork while on the uhaul property. The uhaul facility has no cell phone coverage. Should be using a hot spot! The owner said he didn’t have a printer to print out my paperwork!! Ridiculous!!

Jay PExcellent! The Sulphur Rock location owner Alecia was extremely helpful. It was an excellent location in a place like Suphur Rock which has almost nothing. It was very convenient for me. Alecia is always in the store and someone is always at the store. Alecia needs more support from U-Haul. It is a better location than the 838 Harrison Street. At the 838 Harrison location, no one is around and they do not pick up the phone.
Jay PThe only thing I can recommend as far as for the next customer is if the next customer runs into a problem like I did, I rented this car dolly and before I could get it brought back to where I rented from my personal truck broke down. I still had a car to drive but it didn't have a tow hitch on it so I had no way of returning the equipment. I had to go to another U-Haul days later when I got paid and rent a U-Haul truck to go get this car dolly and return it. It would be phenomenal if U-Haul could create a way to maybe with a small fee help the customer by retrieving equipment like this in circumstances like the one I had because in the end it ended up costing me an additional $200 or so dollars because I ran into an issue out of my control. But as far as this retailer that I rented the equipment from they were phenomenal.
