Getting the equipment was very easy. The equipment was clean and in great working order. Will use this location again if we need to rent equipment.

First time uhauler. Getting the truck and the link to upload pictures of the truck and miles was easy. When returning to the the truck I mistakenly thought there would be a similar process. When I went to return to the truck I was unable to access the pictures of miles that I took when I received the truck. I was confused and had obviously confused the lady working the desk and all l was trying to do was figure out about how much gas to refill the truck with. The lesson i learned was to take photos on my personal phone
Emily GMy total amount for rent for a weekend was 171 I was charged 318 that day. On top of that i was charged an additional 210 for returning it at 838 Harrison st. I returned it 8 hrs earlier than I was supposed to. My total for renting a 10 foot truck for a weekend was 505.
