The only thing I can recommend as far as for the next customer is if the next customer runs into a problem like I did, I rented this car dolly and before I could get it brought back to where I rented from my personal truck broke down. I still had a car to drive but it didn't have a tow hitch on it so I had no way of returning the equipment. I had to go to another U-Haul days later when I got paid and rent a U-Haul truck to go get this car dolly and return it. It would be phenomenal if U-Haul could create a way to maybe with a small fee help the customer by retrieving equipment like this in circumstances like the one I had because in the end it ended up costing me an additional $200 or so dollars because I ran into an issue out of my control. But as far as this retailer that I rented the equipment from they were phenomenal.
