First time uhauler. Getting the truck and the link to upload pictures of the truck and miles was easy. When returning to the the truck I mistakenly thought there would be a similar process. When I went to return to the truck I was unable to access the pictures of miles that I took when I received the truck. I was confused and had obviously confused the lady working the desk and all l was trying to do was figure out about how much gas to refill the truck with. The lesson i learned was to take photos on my personal phone

My total amount for rent for a weekend was 171 I was charged 318 that day. On top of that i was charged an additional 210 for returning it at 838 Harrison st. I returned it 8 hrs earlier than I was supposed to. My total for renting a 10 foot truck for a weekend was 505.

PATRICIA QThe young man could not open the U-Haul app to do the return. He had no clue what he was doing & tried to blame everything he was doing wrong on U-Haul. Very unprofessional. He offered to write me a return receipt on a napkin though! I finally went back to my truck and with aggravation, did everything on line.
