Was over charged picking up the truck, called in to extend rental time and it was never extended on the computer. Ended up in the hospital couldnt reach location. When pay8ng total was over charged again due to my requested extension not being logged. Earlier in the month at another location would have cost me 180-200, this location charged a total of over 300 for just shy of 3 days. When mentioned to manager of location the price difference I was cursed out and banned from the property. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Crystal AThey never informed the trailer I rented was meant for front wheeled vehicles only. I towed a 96 mustang RWD and fucked it up. That’s not what I paid to happen some else from U-Haul informed me that I was using the trailer wrong she was off duty but nice enough to say sum.
Jonathan MGetting the equipment was very easy. The equipment was clean and in great working order. Will use this location again if we need to rent equipment.
ROBERT TFirst time uhauler. Getting the truck and the link to upload pictures of the truck and miles was easy. When returning to the the truck I mistakenly thought there would be a similar process. When I went to return to the truck I was unable to access the pictures of miles that I took when I received the truck. I was confused and had obviously confused the lady working the desk and all l was trying to do was figure out about how much gas to refill the truck with. The lesson i learned was to take photos on my personal phone
