When I arrived at the location there was an employee who appeared quite angry and was banging things around in the back of another truck. He told me to go inside. The attendant barely spoke to me. When he handed me my receipt, I asked him how much the final charges were. He said whatever I had agreed upon when I made the reservation. My understanding was that those initial figures were estimates. I got the move done in 1 day and in 1 trip, but I got charged for 2 days and 2 trips. This is the most unfair way of doing things I've ever experienced. Needless to say I will never use U-Haul again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.MARK D.

It was unbelievable how easy it was to reserve it on-line. When I went to pickup, the lady at Willo True Value was pleasant & extremely down to earth. It was nice to work with a person who didn't have an attitude!NANCY L.

The man that greeted me did not even introduce himself or greet me. He simply walked towards me and started telling me what to do. He did not offer to help me take the trailer off my lift and did not even go back to the drop off point with us. We have never taken a trailer off before so help would have been nice. My friend dropped it off and so I am unable to comment on much of what is above but it appears they did not actually check us in properly and we ended up having to send receipts about the dollies we didn't use and the blankets we did use as there was no record. It was not very organized and ended up being more time consuming than it should have been. However, I appreciate the flexibility that U-haul provides and our pick up was impeccable so there is that.John M.

The trailer inside numb rail was broken and the d rings where missing on the floor. The tires on the left side where leaking air. I had to tighten the valve stems on the rim to get them to stop leaking. The left front tire had uneven wear on the tire and when I got back the tire was worn down to the belts. Very disappointed in the trailer and I was expecting a nicer trailer for having to drive so far with it.Joseph T.

The pickup truck reeked of tobacco smoke. The windows had to be open the entire time as the truck stunk inside. The truck was clean & very easy to use. Most of the sales staff were helpful & friendly.Debra B.
I was disappointed with the rental. The rental line for Saturday morning was out the door. I understand the surge of people wanted to move and such on a Saturday, but could there be a second terminal. When I get a rental vehicle I expect the gas tank to be filled and the vehicle ready to go. I paid for a full day rental, but the agency limited my rental to 9:00 to 2:30. They rented it out another person for the same day! My rental had less than half a tank of gas and the right rear tire only had 19 PSI in the tire. When I loaded down the truck the tire did not look good. I was in a time crunch so I didn't bother with trying to fill the tire. Also, UHaul charges by the mile and the starting odometer was off by one mile. Its not a huge deal, but $0.69 is $0.69. It just added to the negative experience.TIMOTHY S.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I initially paid extra for several dollys and furniture pads and the workers couldn't even put them in the truck when I arrived. I had to argue with them to put in the truck what I paid for. I don't care that you've "been doing this for 25 years". I have several trips coming up where I will need a U-Haul and I will be sure to never give this location my business again. Even if that means driving out of my way, they will not receive another dollar from me as long as I live. Inside of the truck was also nasty and had sticky substances in the cup holders. It's clear it was never cleaned since the last user, I guess COVID cleanliness is not a thing at this location. Overall very poor experience and it is immediately apparent that this place has not pride in their service, whether that's the equipment itself or the customer service.paul K.

Just a weird drop off. They assumed I knew where to take the trailer for drop off. No, my first time there. They did help me get it to the proper place and help me back it into the correct spot. So no biggie. The overall vibe there was weird. In the store they seemed to be having trouble with others and I was glad to get in and out quickly. Nothing to concerning, but I am glad I was not there long. Still plan on returning a truck there this weekend ( I know where to park it now). Hopefully the vibe is better.Todd H.
The van had an inoperable door. We had them send someone out to â€œfixâ€ it but it still had issues. Then, they swapped it out for a 10' truck. So the guy was nice and helped us reload to the truck. This threw is behind by about an hour or so.When I returned the truck, I found out they were also charging me for the mileage on the van because, â€œi took it off the lot and it had 9 miles on itâ€. The total distance from the shop to my house is 1.8 miles... Not sure where the guy took the van after he swapped it out, but I was charged for that mileage, I was also charged for the additional truck mileage. My total round trip was only 84 miles but I was charged at 100. Then I got a credit of $25 which was nice, but the guy who settled my statement was a bit rude to me and I didn't appreciate that. Also the truck they brought me had engine light on. Warning flashing Stabilizer and traction control need servicing and the ABS light was also on. I was told the truck needed an oil change as well. I was a bit upset that I was given a defective van, then a truck that was unsafe to be operating. NOT a great experience.Kimberly L.
