Location was not the closest, but it was the one that had the vehicle I wanted. Vehicle was great for what I needed...dirty on inside and out. I was assured that it was sanitized, but I had to clean the windshield on the inside when I got home in order to see clearly.Steve G.

The truck leaked water in several places and was very dirty inside. There was a steam running from the front to the back of the truck and all of my couches and bedding got wet and dirty from the floor which had a layer of mud on it. The ABS light was on the entire time also. We had to make several trips because of the leaks and couple stack anything on the floor. It was a terrible experience all around and the truck should be taken out of service.Derek O.

They lied about the gas left in the vehicle. I made a mistake by NOT taking a photo of the amount of gas I left in the vehicle so I cannot prove it was the same as when I took it. I also made a mistake by letting the man that ran out when I parked it take over instead of staying and making sure all items were correct before leaving. I assumed they would be honest as I have used uhaul MANY TIMES in the past and had no issue. I will not use this location ever again.Jayne S.

I am not very good at the self return stuff and ended up having to pay for gas because I read the gauge wrong. Had to search for Dropbox as we had no idea where it was. Eventually found it. We didn't use all the equipment requested. Not sure if we get a credit for blankets unopened and unused. I prefer returning when people are there.Mary C.

I reserved a 15 foot truck but was going to be given a 10 foot truck when I picked up. Thankfully the owner of the store was willing to go out of his way to accommodate the issue with scheduling. Thankful for the store owner but dissapointed with U-HaulLisa H.

A few belongings from the previous renter were in the cargo van. Pickup and drop off were both an easy process. Friendly service frim both humans and animals. I was greeted by a lovely calico cat when picking up. She made me feel especially welcome.Rebecca S.

Majority of the dashboard on the truck did not work. There was no dolly and when we went inside to ask for one, the front desk said they had none, luckily the owner of the building was there to let us borrow one of his. The front desk staff was extremely rude to us and would not answer any of our questions or concerns. She criticized at us for using the mobile check in/out process. I went to powerline in Mentor as scheduled, but ran into problems getting a working key, so the sent me a few cities over. This put me 1.5 hours behind and increased my gas and milage considerably. However they gave me no credit for either.Susan T.

They told us where the gas was without going out to look and it was way below what they said so we had to return it with more gas than it had when we picked it up. The cab was disgusting. It was sticky everywhere and had stuff from previous renters in it. They knew when we planned to return and didn't tell us it was after hours (5pm and we got there at 4:45pm). It took us a while to figure out that we had to go online to do the returns and at that point we had already put the keys in the drop box. Pain in the ass. I won't be renting again. I'll just be paying for delivery and movers.Jenna L.

I Dropped the trailer off after hours . It was clean and exactly the way it was when I rented it .i have pictures, but I was still charged a $15 cleaning fee. There was absolutely nothing on the trailer to clean. I have messaged the store and have not received any response.Alton B.
