CHECK THE HOLD-DOWN STRAPS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT! After a 2 1/2 hour drive to Columbus, I put my son's car up on the tow dolly. As I was putting the straps on the tires, I saw that one of the ratchet straps was almost entirely worn through. I know these dollies take a lot of abuse. I've found bad taillights, missing wiring cables, etc. All the rental place checks is that it is hooked up properly to your tow vehicle before you leave. I don't know that the rental place routinely checks the equipment after it's been returned other than to make sure that it's been returned. They may rely on the local service tech to check all the equipment at once. But the equipment may be rented several times before that rental place comes up on the tech's rotation.

VONCIA MTruckhead, no power was bouncing all over the place.The tires had massive humps.The windshield was really dirty and the cab was needed wiped down, and there was still stuff in the back.Also, your app sucks.It should send you a verification of time.Cuz.I got confused, and I swear I put six p m, and it said, I did six a m which screwed me out of my truck.I had to get a bigger one.I was not impressed and would not recommend to a friend

ALAN AHas the e truck clean from last time when I used it it had garbage everywhere none of witch I had or anything I was then being charged 171 for gas witch I never drove it to empty and it was not at used that much th store needs to see when it was actually used because I put the exactly over by only 10 miles so many of those charges were not correct
TYLER CTruck was ready when reserved, they are always welcoming and helpful. The trucks are well maintained and have fuel. The location is easy to find.
SABRA SI had a good experience. Because the trucks are parked close together, which makes sense for storage, it was a bit challenging to get pictures of the truck. If I could have gotten the key before having to take pictures, I could have moved the truck to a better location for pictures. This is a very minor point but thought I would mention it.

JEFFERY BI was greeted with a sleeping person and no one else in the store. I stood for 10 minutes waiting to see if he was really sleeping, he was so I made sufficient noise to wake him up. I informed him I was there to pick up a rental truck, to which he responded with I doubt it (quote). In total, I was in the store for over 30 minutes. Once another individual arrived, they were bickering amongst themselves in front of me. Completely unprofessional. By the way, I rented with a pick up 15 miles closer to my house which was confirmed. This 15 miles is 45 minutes out of my way. No apologies from UHaul here, simply an email the week of pick up stating you found me a truck. This was confirmed weeks ago and a major inconvenience for me to which there should have been some financial consideration. Willo Ace is a dump.
DOUGLAS APeople in the store were very nice and efficient. Everything went smoothly and I appreciate that. Just letting you know the truck had over 100,000 miles and was very shaky and rickety. It was okay since we only had to go a few miles there and back for the move!
