Nicky BThe drop off location said we did not have enough gas in the tank and he wanted to charge us. We picked it up with 141 miles left in the tank, and dropped it off with 158 miles left in the tank. Our pick up location said we had 2 days, drop off said he was about to charge us for a second day. This was my first rental. Inspired me to shop around and expect a hassle. I will document everything....which should not be the customers job

Randy WI had an excellent experience with Willow Creek storage. I did not appreciate u-haul trying to change my pickup location. Totally unacceptable. I chose Willow Creek Storage because I used them previously and received great customer service. I was not pleased whatsoever when someone from u-haul changed the location and then called trying to convince me their recommended location was a better option.

Chris CThe storage facility or the place where you get the U-Haul is excellent. The u Haul van is a different story I basically wasted part of my day paying for one day rental in that vehicle I couldn't finish doing what I wanted to do that day with the van because it said check engine and the oil gauge kept fluctuating I brought it I contacted the storage and brought it back to them yes it looks like the person that did the oil change did not do something right and so it was leaking oil so I'm going to have to rent it again later to finish doing what I wanted to do

AARON HThey didn’t have all the equipment I had ordered. The time to pick up the vehicle took way too long. The vehicle was dirty with mud on the floorboard and the back of the truck was also dirty. The truck had so many areas of damage, it looked like it went through a war. The brakes on the truck barely worked. Overall, very disappointing with U-Haul.

Randall BThe mobile check in process is tedious and when booking reservation online it doesn't tell you what all is involved on day of pick up. AND you can make sure the key is actually in the lock box! I had to wait on hold for nearly 30 minutes to speak to someone, they gave me a new code for the upper lockbox and I had to get a larger truck. My rental was scheduled for 0700, I didn't leave until 0734 and it was a major inconvenience having to drive a larger truck.

The storage units are located in a prime location, and immaculately clean (for what they are). The owner/operators are friendly, efficient, effective and engaged. They made checking in and checking out easy, fast, and painless. Their prices are the best in the area (for the quality). My highest recommendation.
