Jared HI dropped off after hours and it was a long time (days) before the confirmation of the drop off was confirmed. Also the app didn’t have the option to up,old photos of the drop off, as I had been able to do on previous rentals. Again here, another failure of the app.
James LThe truck was dropped off on 6/3 at 11:20 am. Their receipt filed states date was 6/4 at 10:00 am. Not a problem but it was not uploaded until after the drop off date and time had past.
