I found nothing that needed improved. Professionalism off the charts helpful so unbelievably helpful. Will recommend to everybody. You don't find people that helpful and that friendly and that on top of their job very often. Very professional very clean I was super happy with the entire process.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’m very disappointed with this fuel charge. Before returning my U-Haul, I stopped at the QT directly across the street from the U-Haul location and filled the truck with gas specifically to ensure it was properly fueled before drop-off. I also took pictures documenting the fuel stop. Despite this, I was still charged an additional fuel fee. I have photos showing that I fueled the truck immediately before returning it. I would appreciate U-Haul reviewing this charge and removing it. This was an unnecessary and frustrating end to my rental experience.
