Allen S.Everything was good. Being able to pick up and return the truck after hours on the App was great. However, I ordered an appliance dolly and one was not provided. I had to scramble to find an alternative before being able to get the item I was using the truck to pick up. I did not get a call or any other contact to advise they did not have one or an apology for not providing what was needed.
