The manager Angela was a great person, I just believe that she needs better help. I was given the wrong truck, they gave me a truck with damage and it wasn't cleaned out, it was actually a mess with dirty stinking clothes in there and that I didn't find out until I was driving it. Not to mention trash stuffed under and behind the seats. I had to clean all that up There was also a damaged tag light that I sent a picture to them about I took the picture before I left there a lot, that was before I knew it was wrong the wrong truck. Also got a auto hauler there, and had a under inflated tire and when I put my wife's car on there the tire was almost completely flat. In addition somebody had cut the tire strap because they probably couldn't figure out how to get it off the ratchet I'm guessing and it was almost impossible to get the strap to hold it kept coming off. All these issues put me several hours behind and when you're trying to move that's a lot. I'll just expect more for the amount of money that I paid. And if you look at my last rental, the charges were outrageous. But I went ahead and paid it it's no big deal but I was told the reason is because I got the trailer from one place in the truck from the other place. That is U-Haul's fault. Because the store at renfro had me a trailer and a truck and I scheduled to pick that and the lady said that traffic or somebody I can't remember what the name was just came and picked it up so I had to scramble days before I was supposed to move the first part so I was charged $800 and something dollars almost maybe a little less for something I had no control over it's just very unfair. No issues with any of the equipment on that first trip went well. I will be calling tomorrow Monday to discuss all the issues. Anyway that's the reason for my low score.
