Owner was incredibly rude. Location was disgusting. Cat was on the table. He should not be running a U-Haul. Read the reviews. You have a bad location.

RONALDO Remployee was really rude didn't go over my charges at the beginning but when i asked he got mad bad costumer service won't recommend this location to any of my friends or family horrible service.
FRANCISCO LThere wasn’t anyone working there and their website says they have closed permanently! I had to use an automated system to get the truck, which was extremely unclear! Then apon returning it was even more unclear!! Asked a cranky old man for help and all he did was bitch and bitch. I will avoid this location at all costs!!!!

DUSTIN BThere was one guy that was there and he was 20 minutes late to open and then proceeded to say the hours that we rent the U-Haul for started for when he booked, when HE was the one late and made us late!!?? And then was also rude at drop off and was completely disrespectful. Worst expirience and customer service I’ve seen in awhile. I would not recommend and I will never be back here.

Andrew MExtremely dirty place really bad cat litter box smells . Horrible place and to think I paid as much as I did to deal with a dirty nasty place like this . As well the brake rotors on the van I got were warped and had a bake pulsation .
James DI found the whole process too complicated and slow. It took over 20mins to figure everything out and go through all the steps - photos, documents, back and forth between the car and the lockbox, trying to undo the lock, trying to check van photos that were so small I could not see if there was actually any damage, a location feature that didn't work despite multiple attempts...really quite terrible.
Simon GFirst, the customer service representative was very rude, and somewhat angry in his demeanor. Secondly, The truck cab was not clean; the steering wheel felt sticky and grimy. In addition, the brakes felt very soft and it took a lot of force to manage the highway traffic through Denver. Finally, and this is more a problem with your phone app, it was not obvious anywhere that the rental was limited to 24 hours. We had to completely change our plans in order to avoid doubling the rental fee. You should allow your customers to select date and time of both pickup and drop offs.
James SThe equipment met our needs but it needed an oil change (good thing we weren’t going far). The rental office is filthy & we had to wait approx 20 min to be helped.

doug cGot a text saying was going to get more info about the site for pickup but didnt and had to figure it out with a bunch of hand written signs which resulted in me not getting the unit on time. The truck also struggled while going up Grades resulting in me having to choose an alternate route costing me my time. And then i had to hold the rental longer. Idk if the catalytic converter cage around the cat was impeading flow or what but that thing was glowing red loaded or unloaded which isnt normal. Also i had to go to two locations to get my rental and this is the second time i have used uhaul for car transport where my time was wasted having to pick ip equipment at two locations. Last time it was leaving Virginia and i was expected to travel over 45 min to another location , this time it was 30min. Why do i make my reservations to pickup equipment in locations and it isnt there U-Haul? The staff this last time in Co at the car transport pick location helped me out and had really good service and helped me when i had concerns about an increase in the trailer cost and explained the safety dot tax. Godfrey at the raby road location for drop off is a saint , they met me with a smile helped me unhook and e joked and had a laugh great service at drop off. Overall not super happy with the rental. Im hoping to have to rent another car hauler at the end of the month from Denver to Norfolk and hope that experience is better
Kyle MTried to get help from the person there and they seemed very uninterested in helping- once even telling me that they were not supposed to be working so they couldn’t and wouldn’t help me with returning the Uhaul. I would definitely not use this location again.

Karen VI rented a haul from a different place a month prior and I payed $150 total for the same amount of time as my last rental on 6/28/2024. Not only was I overcharged but I also had a truck with a broken lock and they gave away my reserved truck and put me in the only thing available and didn't refund my reservation fee. The person was so unprofessional and rushed me through the entire process to the point that I had anxiety about the whole ordeal over the weekend. Never again will I use uhaul nor refer you to anyone. I want a refund!
Branden MThat guy is a toothless grumpy man and is so rude to the customer. I saw him treat the two customers ahead of like they were inconveniencing him and he even has a sign posted up on the back of his monitor saying don’t be rude! I’m guessing that doesn’t apply to him. He is a very poor representative for U-Haul. And yes, he really is missing most of his teeth.
Bruce OI did not choose to add safe tow, a bogus add on. Electronic rental is horrible, way too many emails and texts with no clear communication. This site did not review contract before renting, place was a mess, would not return there.

Matthew KIts location is reasonably convenient to me. Office could do with cleaning, but I was in and out fairly quickly. The trailer itself was fine; I was a little concerned the hitch was too loose on my ball, it bounced around a lot and made a lot of noise when the trailer was empty.
IAN BNo issues with location itself. The whole check in process was frustrating due to website issues. Every time I use UHaul I regret it.
Matt MAgent was very helpful. He helped with the good up. Trailer was ready. He took care of the return very promptly.

Walker SThe guy helping me was rude, pushy, and charged me extra fees I did not agree to. He forced a variety of things that claimed was policy, but never experienced at other locations. With more 1 star (wishing a 0 star rating could be given) reviews than 4 and 5 star reviews combined, this location should either be shut down or new management.
Clifford FMaking or 24/7 service more user friendly. Took me 30 minutes just to get through all the processes. Too which some were unnecessary.since I did some of these things prior to pick up.

Robert ZMy reservation was for 4pm. I arrived at 3:50pm and had completed the 'on-line check in', but was was told that i hadn't been 'cleared for 24 hr drop-off' or something. Then I had to wait for over 30min as the employee checked in and connected 2 trailers for the customer ahead of me. I rent trucks twice/ year for high school band performances and hadn't had a problem until now. I was very late and had to scramble. When I asked about on-line check in, the employee was borderline rude. I will intend to use a different location from now on.

Alec VNow I know that my pick up was a day post storm so I understand that there might be a mess around the trailer area maybe some water puddles, however, I would like to recommend that more rock be placed in the trailer area to reduce the slipping while hooking/unhooking and transfer of mud to the car/truck after rain or snow. Attendant was very helpful and was willing to accommodate a vehicle swap last minuet as we found out one did not have the necessary wiring harness.
justin mThe pickup process was long took almost an hour to get our vehicle thru the app even tho we selected to do it at the counter. the drop off was also slow and the app tired to charge me double the cost of the rental before closing and restarting it so it would only change me the milage difference. The haul had rocks in the cup holders when picked up and trash in the front cab.
Janice KMy sister accidentally locked her purse in the truck after we had put the key in the drop box. The very nice and helpful employee came out during after hours while he was still on site and unlocked the box so we could get the key back to get her purse.
Sandra RThe only issue I had is that my phone had trouble with the QR code during drop off after business hours. I much prefere pen and paper but I know that isn't the world we live in. I appreciate that this location is close, quick and easy to deal with for rentals. Thank you.
Cody GFacility was great, in good condition, easy in and easy out. Trailer had a half-inch hole in the roof, which had been covered at one point with duct tape that had eroded.
Brian HThe accounting was correct, which is way more important to me than a brand new truck without dirt in the floorboard. The truck had 122700 miles, and was in good shape considering that.

Robert LAwful experience with UHaul. I rented my truck to drive an hour north. I called UHaul and asked them to confirm that I could drop off the truck at the new town and they assured me I could. Once I went to drop it off though, there was a $250 fee for not returning it to the original location. Isn’t that the point of UHaul?! They said it was stated somewhere deep in the contract, not shown in the app at all. Never using UHaul again

KIM TTruck worked out great. We were even offered a better deal. The only thing is the day we returned it the location didn't know it was there. Seemed to be a lack of communication.
Ashley LWhen I got there, the keys for the truck I rented weren’t in the box or truck. I called the 1800 number, she had me check 3 other boxes. None had keys. She finally helped me get a different set of keys for someone else’s rental that was smaller. Which made me take multiple trips. In the panic, because I was very behind schedule by that point, I didn’t realize there was no dolly that I had rented but accidentally put that I had one. There’s no one at this location really so there was no one to ask for help. And when I returned it, it was just really dark there. I’ll probably stick to other places to rent from since my first experience wasn’t good.
Gabrielle MTheir starting hours, at 10:00 AM, is not acceptable when you rent the truck at 7:00 AM at a different location.

Randy T"Customer service" called both of my numbers on file several times after I relayed when I would return the unit, I received a call while i was in the drop off location waiting in line. Pretty annoying.Also 5/8 of a tank required gas when the gauge only reads by the 1/4 seemed like an excuse to charge for an "underfilled gas tank". Overall i am confident my next move will not be with U haul
Evan NThe mobile app sucks. Thank you to Steve for your help. Uhaul cancelled my reservation because I was late picking up by a little over an hour , sometimes things happen and being late can't be avoided. Did I mention the app sucks?
