Do not put the blanket and furniture dolly in the truck. It took up space and we were forced to pack around it. We rented the truck, we want the whole truck.

Tamara CPickup experience was unpleasant. Couldn’t find an employee for some time. Then when he was there he was slightly condescending and not nice. Drop off day employee was delightful.
John YIt was ok, average, I guess. I don't understand why we are encouraged to rent online only, and then when we indicate items we need, such as a flat dolly, they don't tell us then it's not available. They wait until we arrive to pick up the truck and learn then that there is no dolly. Similarly, when I book the truck by stating where we need to pick it up, and where we need to drop it off, you seem to agree to it and send the email with the confirmation. Later, when we are in the midst of the move, we are contacted to say that drop off spot won't work. ?????? Very little explanation on that, and I argued the point until I was told we could follow through with our original plans, and not have to go miles out of our way to return the truck.
