So my experience was really bad. So to bring it back everything went fine over the internet I booked my U-Haul like I’ve done many times before. I call the businesses phone number and the guy answer and I asks where he’s located and he tells me the address which was really hard to find. When I get there he asked who’s and I tell him me. Then he asked who’s Chris and i tell him my husband and he says ohhh. I’m Gay by the way. From that moment on he didn’t like me or didn’t really want anything todo with me. I’ve never experienced anything like that before I’ve never had a problem with someone over being gay so it was disappointing and sad because we are just us. Anyways It’s smelled like dog and cat urine bad inside. The walls were black from fingers touching everything for years. Mega dust everywhere. Clutter everywhere I almost feel from all the floor mats everywhere covering cords. It was absolutely disgusting inside and out of the building. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We get outside and he tells me which one is mine to take and I back up put the trailer on myself because he wasn’t going to. He wanted todo a light check which was fine with me. My brand new expedition I don’t know how todo work the lights it’s all in the screens. I tell him I don’t know how to work the lights but my car has a trailer app which allows you to push start and it will run through all the different lights in the rear and the front to make sure all is working properly. So I said I don’t think my car has an option for turning the lights on or off. He grabs my door throws it open and starts push and pulling on my 4wd buttons and starts freaking out on me saying well I don’t trust that app it not how I want todo things and starts yelling at me to figure it out now. Meanwhile my 4 year old is in the back starting to get scared. He finally calms down and I do the turn signals for him and then he says whatever just go and I hope you don’t get in a accident because I won’t cover for you. The trailer had stuff all inside super sticky and I had to clean it before putting stuff inside it. The cord broke that goes from the trailer to the car. and I tried calling the office where I got it from and the same guy answered and says that’s not my problem that’s yours and it better come back the way you got it. So I had it fixed with my own money. I returned the trailer on Monday at 1 like I was supposed to and then he didn’t check it in until Tuesday at 1 so I got charged another day. I’ve been moving from Wyoming to Colorado for the last 5 months little at a time so I’ve rented a lot of u-Hauls over this last 5 months and have never had one incident or complaint but this guy I wouldn’t recommend from him or to his absolute nasty home business thing he has going to the way he treats his customers and then charges more when not needed. I will not be using them again. He’s a scammer! Just go to his business and you will see how is treats people and how nasty his home business really is.

Follow through on reservation location. You changed my location which was farther away at 445pm the day before I needed it. I couldn't cancel it and now had to pay more for miles. I should get a refund for changing the location last minute twice. I will look for another rental company next time.
Jason SThe guy who runs the place is a jerk. Plus the online price was like $125 and I ended up paying over $400. You should probably put the extra cost in the online price.
Brian RWe have had great experience renting trucks from this location but the trailer was not that great. The door stuck. We couldn’t use straps inside like we have with previous trailer rentals. The trailer was dirty.
