steve rThis place looks like a run down dump. I would not trust my daughter to go in to rent a U-Haul! I was expecting this place to be a bit more upkeep. I k own it wasn’t an actual U-Haul location, and I regret not goin to one. The gentleman was helpful but the upkeep of this place was disgusting. It looks like His office was also his house. The house looked it was not clean or upkept. Kind of reminded me of a trailer trash house that you see on tv. The parking for my car while I was using the rental was in this junkyard lot with old rusted run down gear: The app was also a pain to deal with. Once I finally was able to get through the app (which took lot longer than talking with an agent) the lock box that I was suppose to retrieve my key was hard and difficult. I oversee an installation team on a construction site: I’m familiar with equipment locks and this wasn’t one that was upkept: I had the right code. It just wouldn’t open! Finally after struggling it opened up. As a place that represents U-Haul, I would highly recommend that you either drop them from carrying your contracts or have a talk to them bout keeping up the place.
Marco SFinding the lock code was incredibly confusing. I could not submit the pictures for no reason and was left standing outside for 45 minutes trying to pick up at truck. I contacted the help numbers and the automatic answering said they wouldnt be able to help for over an hour. No response to a message when it said 1 minute response time. Then I called the local number and their mailbox was full. Incredible frustrating experience
