We declined the insurance that was offered and then were charged for it-after the fact. Very expensive rental.
Kristopher FRented a 10 ft truck and a dolly. However, I did not realize that the 10 ft truck isn’t equipped with a ramp. The dolly was useless.
Patti LThis review should be anonymous Took a very long time to do paper work even though we had already down loaded uhsul app & done much of it , including payment on it. We were there for an hour trying to get our drivers licenses to load & finalize paper work. We were instructed to walk out side for better internet service. It was not an easy or good experience.

Mena HI ordered a dolly and did not get one which caused major problems. The pickup location gets their equipment from another store and does not stock anything. I was going to have to drive 20 minutes to get a dolly.
