I was contacted by a UHaul rep and informed that Wilson's did not have the size of truck that I wanted so my reservation was changed to the UHaul neighborhood Dealer on HWY 127 By-pass in Laurens. However, when I went there to pick up the truck, even though their hours showed as opening at 9 am, no one was there. I waited for as long as I could and ended up going to Wilson's and getting a 15' truck. I wanted you to know how much of an inconvenience it was to drive back to Laurens and that location not professional enough to open and provide this service.James M.

This location is fine, and needs no improvement. Paul makes it very easy and stress free to rent equipment. He's quick to process the transaction, but not too fast- he makes sure you don't need extra equipment and explains everything nicely. Rent from this location!kiselak R.

Need to have a Jack attachment available for the trailer in case the trailer has to be unhitched when it is full. It has a heavier tongue weight that is hard to re attach.JON W.

Mr. Wilson did a fantastic job of working with me throughout the process and making sure that he met my needs as best he could. If you must use U-haul Mr. Wilson will get you squared away. However, U-haul has the worst customer service ever! Move with U-haul at your own risk.BRYAN M.

The Uhaul pickup in Clinton was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, we were supposed to pick up a truck in Greenwood. The truck availability fell through and Uhaul failed to notify us. This was a couple hours before we were supposed to move and and we had to drive an additional hour to get a truck. After talking with friends and family, we've discovered this is relatively normal. We will be using other companies to move from now on and will not recommend Uhaul anymore.Ben S.

Handtruck was not there as requested. They did give me the money to stop at another location and pick up dolly. When I talked to the online rep I had requested 3 days. I did not know they had put down for only 2 days which caused some anxiety but I was able to get help in loading and unloading and returned the truck in 1 1/2 days.Anthony B.

Clinton Location: Personal were NICE and friendly. Very helpful and quick. UHAUL Main Office: I had been notified three times of change of location for pick up of Truck. I had to spend extra time, money and drive 40 miles from the original asked location for to pick up the TRUCK. Was not fun. Things went smooth other than that.Samuel V.

We had to call the Uhaul number on the keys to verify that we were at the right location because it looked very sketchy. They, said it was the right location so we left it. No one would check us in they just pointed a slot to drop the keys in. We recieved no reciept and had no inspection. We turned in the vehicle on time with the right amount of gas and no damage. Two days later we recieved an email charging us for extra days, fuel and it said there was damage to the vehicle and the insurance we paid for was void and an estimate was pending. My credit card has been charged for all these extras and we did nothing wrong. Worst experience ever.SEAN L.
