He was amazing
Angela DI made the reservation on line for 8-9 am for Sunday Sep 2. The store did not open until 11:00. It would have been nice if when making the reservation the time frame would have started at the time the store opened. Again I made the reservation on line, it appeared the clerk at the store had to re-enter al the information on the application. Also, I added a second driver on line but that did not take. we tried to add a second driver at least 4 different times and the clerk finally gave up and said we were OK. I know that was not his fault but it was frustrating to both of us.
GREGORY HThe truck was dirty and had strange splattered stains inside the back. They also did not have the type of dolly we reserved. Picking up the truck took longer than anticipated due to the missing dolly, and we wound up just getting a different dolly type.
EVAN HVerify availability of equipment. They did not have the appliance dolly.
