They complete experience of U-Haul from beginning to end was horrendous. This specific location did not give me any instructions on how to attach an unattached the car trailer didn't even tell me that I had to click on a link prior to leaving the lot even try to charge me an extra $11 a small cents. Very poor communication very poor service.

Anthony CNo one was there to help me with the process. We arrived to pickup around 5 p.m. and their sign said they were open till 6. Also, I had tried to call a couple of times earlier in the day and got no answer. They didn't return my messages.
Kenneth AI thought the dealer was knowledgeable and very helpful. I waiting last minute to reserve and UHAUL was able to accommodate my needs. Trailer was well maintained and clean. Trailer towed nicely and I no issues throughout my move.
CHRIS HNo one at location. I called the number provided, was disconnected. Dropped off the trailer and went back three times, still no one there. Had to get a U-Haul supervisor to complete the contract.
