The requested items were not in the truck when I picked it up. The service for the online pick up took over 25 minutes to process. I also selected the location closest to my home and was then diverted to this location which is the furthest from my home. If I had not checked my email to verify the address Saturday morning I wouldn’t have known to drive 20 minutes away versus the pickup that was 5 minutes away.

They complete experience of U-Haul from beginning to end was horrendous. This specific location did not give me any instructions on how to attach an unattached the car trailer didn't even tell me that I had to click on a link prior to leaving the lot even try to charge me an extra $11 a small cents. Very poor communication very poor service.

Anthony CNo one was there to help me with the process. We arrived to pickup around 5 p.m. and their sign said they were open till 6. Also, I had tried to call a couple of times earlier in the day and got no answer. They didn't return my messages.
