Fred B24/7 drop off was great and location was easy to get to and there was no problem parking the equipment. Being able to drop off after we finished unloading at 11 was great! Location was clean and well lit!

JERRY TThis is whow to KEEP me as a future customer; I booked a reservation and was told all was good. The2 days later I got a call saying that the closest car trailer was in Las Vegas and that they were sorry.... I drove by my local U-Haul location and they had 2 of them... They had my reservation and I picked-up the next day as planned. I was quoted $198 and it cost me $260 (I added insurance) to drive off. I dropped off 6 house later.... The price seems HIGH to me considering I'm taking something TO California, NOT FROM California. Correct me IF I'm wrong. I have 3 more car moves coming up in the near future. Some kind of a discount would make me feel better and keep coming back; Paul Jamieson. (818) 209-6590

Steven LDon’t cancel order if customer is late totally disappointed when I went to pick up the truck it was canceled . Had to rebook and pay ocer 200.00 more would gave just said forget it but, my father oassed away and had to empty his house.

shekira mNever would I use this location ! EVER ! Business hrs said 8:30 - 3:00 pm. I arriver at 12pm waited until 1:00pm . Call the phone number on the office building no answer... Rediculous service,. I will never use this location and I will make it a.point to inform everyone I know of the poor service given by UHAUL.. Social media is a powerful tool!
