Joseph GWe had a blowout shredded tire only 2 hours on the road. That tire was very old. The one on the other side was fine. But…. We were stranded on the side if I 40 for 5 plus hours . The tow truck came with the tire but realized it was an ancient wheel that they don’t even make . So he had to search for someone that had that wheel and had to go 132 miles back and forth to retrieve it. Meanwhile we were stuck in the dark and cold with semis flying by. Very scary and stressful. At least U-Haul is paying for a hotel. But won’t make it home until tomorrow and missing a day of work.

DENNIS Lno one was on site when we showed up there was no help whatsoever. We had to unload the trailer by herself.
KEVIN MThe original representative didn't inspect the truck with me nor explain anything. He also didn't ask where I was moving from which was 80 miles south of his location, (160 round trip) ending up with a charge for extra miles. The truck was still dirty from the previous renter with crumbs and spilled beverages. He simply pulled it out of its parking spot and said "here you go, the a/c is running". He also refused to give me a printed copy of the contract because" we don't get reimbursed by uhaul for paper or ink and it saves us about $2800 per year".

Fred B24/7 drop off was great and location was easy to get to and there was no problem parking the equipment. Being able to drop off after we finished unloading at 11 was great! Location was clean and well lit!
