Mary JVery poor reservation process. We were told certain items were at certain locations and they were not. We also made a final reservation and next day after paying a taxi $150 to pick up, they told us they didn’t have the transporter. We had to pay a taxi again to take us to a new location. Drop off was terrible as well. We were given an address that would have space for our return and it was difficult to find and also insanely small.

Lyle FJared was awesome. Male adult at the desk was horrible. He was very rude and acted like we were not allowed there. When I was asking him about different options, he was rude, was a smart ass and made my GF and I very uncomfortable. When I was asking about the sizes of a trailer to rent, he placed a measuring tape on the counter and said,”Go measure it.” Then Jared walk in and took over the transaction. It seemed like Jared knew to interject. Very poor experience.

Uhaul customer service messed up our drop off location three times saying that we were dropping off our equipment in South Dakota when we were supposed to drop off in Lake Havasu City. This location in Lake Havasu city was able to fix that for us. They were very nice and helpful. They took care of us.

mike sAwesome experience! The car hauling trailer was ready when I arrived, they hooked it up to my truck, reviewed all the features with me, discussed all safety aspects, and even had the electrical adapter I needed for my wiring. Top notch service, I’ll definitely be back!

Ryan BThere was an office, but no one there. There was a phone number, but no one answered..not even a voice mail or way to leave a message. There were no signs with self service instructions. I had to call another local uhaul to ask what to do. They informed me that this location was a self drop off location and to disconnect my trailer myself, so I did. I was there during business hours. I recommend at least some posted instructions at this location.
paul pI picked the truck up after hours. The lock to get the truck key didn't work well, and it wasn't operator error. I spend thirty minutes with a Uhaul representative before being able to get the lock opened. The truck was in so-so condition and needed new tires.
DAVID DThey did not provide any documentation fuel level when we picked it up it was a little over half full. When I got to the drop off location I returned with the same amount. But was charged $60+ dollars for fuel felt like this was a scam for the centers to make additional money off their customers will use Ryder for all future rentals.

Lyle FU-Haul’s net worth was 12.82 billion for 2025. Therefore, hire a real live person on Saturdays to accommodate a return check-in vehicle instead of some app that doesn’t work right.

mary sEmployee was indifferent and acted like I was interrupting his day. Apparently making a reservation with U haul is worthless. I reserved a 15’ truck and a dolly 3 weeks and neither was available. Apparently you get what you get and should be grateful for it. Windshield was very dirty and door stuck closed after 6 hour drive. Was able to force it open thankfully. This Havasu location is very poor.
