The back of truck had trash all over (the renters before didn't clean it) the front center console and front door side pockets were full of sticky pop. There were barely any brakes!!! The cab smelled rotten. There was writing in black magic marker in back of truck with the words "leaks" both sides of truck leaked water. We had to put everything in the center of back causing us to take to take more loads and keeping for two days. Plus the price of the gas and mileage for more trips. I have pictures of everything I just described!!grger B.

The gentleman who was there when I first came in, had absolutely no idea what he was doing, he didn't even show me anything about the trailer, and the second guy didnt give me any paperwork upon leaving so hopefully he doesnt screw me over somehow.Jerod H.

Horrible! The owner couldn't do a simple contract without calling corporate office of uhaul, then totally screwed up what they had done. Had the wrong drop off location. Changed my rate, wouldn't accept my credit card as payment and demanded cash. I was at the store for over 2 hours and finally got the keys to the truck I needed but he could not print out a contract or receipt after I gave him over 1100.00 in CASH. This man should NEVER be allowed to be a u-haul agent in any way. Truck was filthy inside and out. Had 53000 miles on it but ran like it had a million miles. Brakes weak, wiper blades flapping in the breeze...a total disaster.JAMES S.

This wasn't the original pick up location, the original pick up location ended up contacting my alternate contact and sending them a text message instead of myself. When Uhaul didn't receive a reply from my alternate contact the truck was made not able to be picked up until the next day. This caused delay and had to use the above location as the pick up site which was 20 miles away. The pick up time listed on the reservation was 630 which would have been plenty of time to pick up at the store location. This was a horrible experience picking up the uhaul in which took way longer than plan especially having a reservation.Jordan R.

The Uhall truck served its purpose and was worth the money but the vehicle smelled so strongly of smoke it made me nauseas.Jesse B.

I reserved online at one location and on pick-up day, was told they did not have the truck (a one-way, they only rented round trip there) or the reservation. I was told that the truck was at a different location 20 minutes further away. This information would have been EXTREMELY helpful when making the reservation as I indicated the rental would be a one-way on the online form. Service at final stop was good, just extremely far to drive for what I reserved.Deborah W.

The manager and the lady that worked with us were very kind. It took a few minutes the day we picked the truck up, and he was very nice, and felt bad that we had to wait. They were very helpful, and it helped to make a stressful move easier for us.AUDREY M.

Man behind the counter didn't know what to do and the u-haul rep wasn't available until the following day. We were then charged a fee (placed against my credit card without prior approval) for dropping off the equipment at a different location. It was dropped off per the email confirmation received. Your fault and I paid for it. Not acceptable!!thomasconnie P.
The attendeant claimed that his computer was malfunctioning and he had me use his phone to call the local Uhaul branch and complete my transaction. He was pleasant about the whole thing and I have nothing negative to say about the attendant.John G.
