The location was far from our original one that we had picked for pick up causing us to go over the set milage. Also they did not have 3 of the dollys we tried to get only 1 appliance dolly.
Allison RI had to drop it off after hours so I was not able to take with anyone or see inside any building.
Bunita FLimited space and instuctions not clear for drop off until I called uhall and they explained
Tina COnly reason I said no to the personnel question was because we returned the truck after hours and we did the self-check-in. The only negative we had was no fault of the companies really. We had to go through a series of taking pictures of all the angles of the vehicle to ensure cleanliness and that it was damage free and it was dark and about 15 degrees outside so thats on mother nature. Overall, a good experience and I'd use them again if I ever planned another move.
