Thomas CWe ordered a dolly and it was not put into the truck. We also requested a pickup in Fort Collins and were sent to Windsor which is much further and more mileage. Additionally, the windshield wipers barely worked and we had to travel in weather that required pulling over frequently to clear the windshield.

Michael BThe equipment was filthy inside and out could not see out the side view mirrors because the glass on the entire unit was so dirty. The cab was full of dirt the intrusment cluster was so dusty I had to wipe it to see speeds. The rear blankets and dolly were used and left open and unfolded.
David DI cannot recommend any changes to the operation of the U-Haul office. I made a truck reservation over a week ago and it was ready to go when I walked into the office today. All paperwork was accurate and quick. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely go back to that office.

Paul SWas very difficult to obtain the vehicle with the self service app. Would not let me even begin because it said per my GPS I was not at the correct location even though I was parked in front of the doors. I had to drive until the GPS was exact until I could start. Then I had to go across the street to find the truck then to a third location next door to get the key then back to the truck next door. I had a much easier time at my last Greeley location.

Janet HWhat I want to send a big needs iimprovement is with your scheduling department. I originally called the Wellington U-Haul as it was the closest to me. They did not have what I wanted and put all of my information into the computer and said I would get a call back from the scheduling department in about 15 minutes so they could look up in the system to see where the nearest location was that had the truck. They never called and I had to call back and complain about not receiving a return call. I was then connected there and was informed whick location had the truck. This should not happed that the customer does not get a retirn call
Brandon JBrakes are metal on metal on the rears making this a very unsafe truck to be driving (especially when loaded.) Also the alignment is of causing the steering wheel to be cricked. The Location and the people of this storage place are very nice and just good people to deal with.

Cynthia ROvercharged milage. Drove 21 miles in local move. Was charged for over 50 miles. Location did not correcly record milage. No refund and no appology. Will never rent again based on premis of company ok with over charging.

Liz GThe truck shook violently for the whole trip causing pain in my jaw and neck. Had to stop multiple times because my hands were going numb. Cost my extra fuel and a night in a hotel.
Michael WThis location has personnel that are easy to work with and we’re very helpful. The only glitch was the website third party movers I “hired” did not show up. I don’t think UHaul should offer that if the contractors have not been vetted properly.

Peggy FJust wish I would have known it was a "truck share" when booking. Would've cleared up alot of confusion at pick up as I thought I was going in to an actual person and had to scramble at the last second to get it figured out. Other then that, location was nice and open for ease access and everything was smooth from that point on.

John PNo identification of where the box is to get your keys. No mention of downloading the app to make for a much smoother process. I sat at the front gate for 30+ minutes getting an error code about not being able to locate me even after going through the “Aa” steps and allowing access to location.

David HWhichever person I talked to I believe his name was Carlos I would have him fired immediately. He was extremely rude to me during a call where I was trying to get help!!! He should not be allowed to talk with customers!
Vanessa TMakes you pay for an after hours fee without telling you beforehand/while reserving the truck, and doesn’t come with a full tank of gas, was under 3/8ths tank and they claimed it was at 3/8th, you have to guesstimate what you refill, and then if you overfill there’s nothing you get back you just pay for them to have free gas. I’ve rented with uhaul before, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Even the lockbox location in relation to the actual trucks doesn’t make much sense, since you have to go to the truck first. Wouldn’t have even had an issue if all of this was told to me beforehand instead of something I was forced to accept in the moment, or was charged for afterwards without notice. This location is right around the corner from my house but a total scam, will not be using again.

CJ LThe Storage and UHaul rental place I used in Windsor was awesome! The gentleman who run the business were absolutely great! UHaul, their application, and their scheduling was awful and overly complicated. I had to cancel my initial day to move because UHaul rented me a truck that wasn’t available. Overall, I probably will be using it again in a year or two because it’s still the cheapest option for what shouldn’t be so expensive.
