This location gave us the bare minimum of mileage allowance for our move (30 mile limit, our move was about 28.5 miles) and then basically laughed at us, and condescendingly said we “better use those miles wisely”. Moving is already stressful enough, no need to give us a negative start to the move. I would not recommend this location.
GENE MThe office was very nice and clean. The whole process was easy. I did most of it online which was really easy to use. The only thing I thought could be improved was to have a middle seat.
RENEE WDirections are absolutely ridiculous. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt being that you had three separate entrances within a one block radius. And the tight parking of the trucks is a joke. There’s got to be a better system to implement for paying customers.
Clay NNot an issue with this location at all. But it was frustrating that had to pay the mileage to and from Windsor from Greeley for a rental that I had originally requested and looked like it was available within Greeley, the extra distance accounted for over half of the mileage used.
