The truck shook violently for the whole trip causing pain in my jaw and neck. Had to stop multiple times because my hands were going numb. Cost my extra fuel and a night in a hotel.

This location has personnel that are easy to work with and we're very helpful. The only glitch was the website third party movers I “hired†did not show up. I don't think UHaul should offer that if the contractors have not been vetted properly.
