The equipment was filthy inside and out could not see out the side view mirrors because the glass on the entire unit was so dirty. The cab was full of dirt the intrusment cluster was so dusty I had to wipe it to see speeds. The rear blankets and dolly were used and left open and unfolded.
David D.I cannot recommend any changes to the operation of the U-Haul office. I made a truck reservation over a week ago and it was ready to go when I walked into the office today. All paperwork was accurate and quick. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely go back to that office.
