It was an easy pick up and drop off. Nothing to complain about besides the parking area is tight. Won’t be easy for solo drivers. Recommend someone to guide you when returning the vehicle

The location was good. Its U-haul that sucks.
Elden HPicking the truck up via the app was a nightmare. I had good cell service, but the app kept resetting every time we took a picture of the truck. We had to walk around it no less than six or seven times and finally just gave up and ended up skipping taking pictures the pick up process took 30 minutes or more out of our moving time. Very disappointed.
