Even though the representatives were hard to understand, they were very friendly and patient. I have formally been in management of a different industry and know the challenges of equipment that is used publicly and on going.

MICHELLE GI filled up gas as instructed but I have been charged for gas. This is not accepted.
SHARMILA DLocation/staff was good . Truck was “fine” but driver door had the rubber falling off , was pretty dirty , still had stuff in the truck from previous customers but overall wasn’t a bad experience & would rent again.
ROXANNE SMake sure trucks are checked out to be clean. Also the check engine light was on good thing it was just a short drive

SERHII MClean the trucks Have an actual staff, not a bolt on to another business. This delayed me a lot Don’t charge extra for a checkout by a person The truck was freezing cold and snow covered. It needed to warm up before it could be driven
CONRAD STruck was burried in snow, we had to use our own snow brush to clear off the snow, the furniture dolly was not in the truck, they value their own customers over uhaul customers. They are open till 6 but only will take uhaul keys till 4 so there was a late fee. Parking lot is not big enough to take pictures that are required, no spot to park our car so had to park on the street. Will not be using this location again.

Stephanie FI was ripped off! Preauthorized for charge of estimate $122 then when returned truck and equipment he told me it would be only $88 but my credit card was still charged the $122. I sent email as well. No response.
SHARON MIt was very far from where i book..for me it was very tiring and mentally stressful..coz this location was almost 1 hour far from where i booked and last moment changed my location.
Sudhir NHard to make an assessment of a 3rd party location. UHaul is a secondary business as this is a convenience store first. The fellow running the store was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me out of there very quickly. It does seem odd. I booked at another location due to convenience of where I was in Winnipeg. Booking on app confirmed location but last minute they moved it. Not the most convenient. And, when I called the UHaul number I was told that even the trailer might be different or the day might be different. I had a reservation? All I could think about was the Seinfeld episode where he was at the auto rental counter at an airport.
Curtis NWas $19.95 per day...drove 120 kilometers....my bill was $171 ....I find this very unfair

RAKESHKUMAR MFirstly I booked for 2 days , I call 1 day before to asked for a time change for pick up that was not possible, on arriving to pick up on schedule time I was told I was only book for a day , him phone has 1 day , mine has 2 days , had to go back and forth before I finally got it book in for the 2 days .

THOMAS LEnsure that the vehicle is in top repair condition. The first truck they offered me rode really rough and had the engine light on. When I came back to ask for a different truck, they tried to convince me that it was fine. I had to press them to ensure I got a better quality vehicle. The second truck was much better.
Mat PInside of truck needs a good cleaning. Truck is also really old and noisy rough ride. For the price it should be newer.

Kelly KThe rental truck we got was extremely dirty. The entire bed of the truck was covered with a thick layer of dust and dirt. The driver’s cabin was also very dusty and the floor mats full with dirt and debris. I pointed this out to the employee but he seemed to ignore my comment and rushed me to complete the check in. Otherwise the staff was overall friendly. The two furniture blankets we got were very dirty and dusty as well. Just an overall mess with dirt everywhere. We ended up sweeping the truck twice ourselves and accumulated additional costs of buying tarps from Canadian tire to lay on the floor before loading our belongings. I’ve used Uhaul other times in the past but have never seen a truck so dirty.

Cherisse DFirst you are made to wait for every customer that wants to buy tickets or candy, I was asked how many km I would drive, and I said about 50. I was charged for 50, when I came back in an hour and a half it was 28 km. My contract stated 79 cents per km, which comes out to $22.12 , I was charged more than that plus I had to fill in gas. When I asked to have my credit card number removed they refused, argued, so I contacted my bank that no more charges are to be processed by U-Haul. and I will tell others never to go to this location for a vehicle.

yahai aThere were some crumpled papers on the floor. Outside of van was muddy, enough so that if you rubbed up against the van, it would dirty your clothes. Other than that, it was a good value and the customer service was good.

Issac kBoth staff did not speak good English and they did not have the machine to be able to provide my deposit refund. I had to call U-Haul directly to get help. Wasted an hour trying to get it sorted and have spent many times on the phone with U-Haul trying to get this sorted. The area Manager Adam was also not very helpful or courteous on the phone in assisting with this matter. He was rather unprofessional on the phone and in email correspondence.
Lyndsay HThe place had no idea what they were doing. Took them 45 minutes to complete the transaction. I believe they need more training. The vehicle was fine itself but the staff were not knowledgeable at all.
