This location treats uhaul customers as second class patrons and had a sign that says uhaul customers are expected to wait for retail customers to go first and you could wait up to 20 minutes. See a picture of the sign here. https://photos.app.goo.gl/xBs83NrNcmMgE49K6 They also refused to accept debit as a method of payment c and said they can only charge the credit card on file which is not true, and demanded a 2nd cell phone number to be added to my pick up, with no explanation other than "uhaul needs it". Which is also false, since ive never had to before, and ive rented a handful of uhauls this year.

Preserved and sent family to pickup. They treated it like there was not no reservation - they asked all over again if we wanted any add ons and insurance …all questioned that had been covered online with the reservation. So my son had to call me to go over everything. I had reserved moving blankets and they had none and all my blankets had already been moved to new location the day before so furniture and mirrors and tvs had zero protection in the move…causing two large scratches on 2 separate items.
Julie SWhen booking the rental online, I booked blankets / pads, however upon arrival to pick-up the truck, no blankets / pads were available. It would have been nice to have known this in advance so I could have brought my own, or made arrangements to rent elsewhere. The windshield washer fluid bucket was empty.
Kevin SAttendant was great, clear and both pick up and return were seamless.
Kyle HPassenger mirror swivels out of position. Several times I had to stop and reposition it. Multiple times I felt unsafe driving the vehicle due to this malfunction. It was not a problem I encountered until well into my trip.
