My recent rental experience was completely unacceptable due to the severe, unsafe mechanical condition of the vehicle. Even before I loaded any cargo, the truck was clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The automatic transmission was hesitating and struggling significantly during gear changes, making it difficult to accelerate safely. Additionally, there were alarming and strange noises coming from all over the vehicle throughout the entire drive. Renting out a vehicle in this condition is a major safety hazard. I felt completely unsafe driving it, which added immense stress to my move. Because U-Haul failed to provide a reliable vehicle, I am requesting a formal safety review of this truck and a fair reimbursement for the terrible experience.

Phillip FUpon renting the truck online, I also reserved some equipment. With a past truck, and equipment rental from the same location, I showed up, only to found out the did not have all the equipment I reserved. As a result of this previous experience , this time I called the day before the day of the rental, only to find out once again they didn't have all the equipment I reserved. If they is going to be the case, what are they not contacting me to advise?
