The interior of the cargo area of the truck was quite dirty. There was quite a bit of dirt and leaves throughout the floor of the cargo area. I swept it out prior to using it as there were so many leaves that I did not want to put my furniture in the cargo area in the condition it was when I picked it up. The ramp was quite dirty also. It appears possibly the customer that used the truck prior used it to move brush or yard waste / debris. I have used U-Haul several times in the past and not had an issue like this. I was sure to sweep the cargo area when I was complete with my use.

Suretha WThe truck barely had brakes. It was filthy, it smelled like and old man's body odor and the moving pads weren't in the truck for me. UHAUL SWITCHED MY RESERVATION PICKUP AND NEVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. They no longer make those calls the day before either to confirm your reservation so dont believe them when they tell you they do. I've always used uhaul, but this will be the last time. A huge disappointment.

William CThe truck was dirty in the back. The location lied about the cost, and added nearly $60 in additional charges after the fact. Intentionally delayed the time recorded I dropped off by hours to charge me more. Lied about milage to charge me more. Will ensure no one uses this location within my network. When calling to issue a complaint, I received half of the amount back they over charged me. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle.

Jill GLaporte drop off was amazing and helped a lot also informing me I had one extra day with it due to it being a state away. However had multiple issues with my reservation then picking it up and was charged when dropping it off. Called customer service was not helped at all and he hung up on me. This guy where I picked up from new nothing and told me false information causing me to get charged extra
Austin TReserved vehicle on Friday to be picked up at 9:30 am on Saturday (next day). My husband and I checked in via the mobile app and it took about 1/2 hour for the app to tell me we needed start over. Still was not processing properly! Finally, I went into Wingate BP to make them aware we were there to pick up the vehicle. The young man working, VERY, VERY poor English, had to facetime someone who walked him through the registration process on the young man' s I pad (it looked as though they were doing the same as I did on my mobile app). Anyway, an hour and 1/2 later we were finally on our way. We dropped the vehicle off on 03-09-24, same location, at around 5:45 pm. I went inside, the girl working said, "no one made me aware to expect someone today." I told her well, I am here to drop off the keys on the truck we rented, and she just gave me an odd look and said she would take care of it. Yesterday I was reviewing my receipt, and they charged me for 2 days rental and safe move!! I called the UHaul customer service and spoke to Wanda. Lovely, kind person she was to work with!! She initiated a refund for the extra day charged. I would NEVER recommend this location to someone!!
Mari-Kay BSo when I dropped off the U-Haul, the girl in the gas station didn’t know what to do. She was extremely unaware of her surroundings with the U-Haul. She didn’t tell me where to park. She didn’t tell me what to do. I had to call you guys to figure out what to do. She was really nice but she was there for the gas station not for the U-Haul business. She said that she was never trained for the U-Haul business side. So I gave her a few stars or that location a few stars just because she was really sweet and nice, and it wasn’t her fault for not being trained by her boss, or whoever needs to train her for the U-Haul side of the business.
