Cargo area was dirty, windows were dirty. Warning lights on for steeringtrac service. Employees were running back and forth helping other customers check out at register before completing my check out. Very stressful check out and checking.

Very simple experience. Filled out my information on the website. Walked in the door and was on the road in 5 minutes. Truck was clean and easily accessible on the location. Returned the truck, in less than 5 minutes, I was out the door. Thank you Wingate BP / U-Haul.

THOMAS FI completed everything online and like the screen told me to do it went inside and let the clerk know why I was there, showed him the screen that identified my rental truck and that he was to give me the keys. He instead stayed he had to call his manager and continued helping other customers that had entered the store. It took nearly 45 minutes for him to finally get to us and decide to give us the keys, making us late on the delivery we were making. I will never use this facility again and perhaps not even uhaul again.
Ricardo CReturned the truck before 11 am on Sunday rented it from Saukville Thursday paid till Sunday and noon and was charged for returning it WTF never again
