ralph lHave the equipment in the order actually available! I rented a small truck and an appliance dolly with strap attached. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed they had no dolly and the employee did not care. I was moving a heavy copier, and absolutely needed it. I asked if he could call the other location and he told me no, do it yourself. He didn’t care whether I rented the truck still or not. A horrible representative of U-Haul and a huge disappointment. I will be going with Home Depot or Hertz next time. And how about cleaning the trucks in between users? There were food wrappers, used boxes (folded) and empty cigarette cartons in the truck.
