WHY you charge me for miles???? When I rented this hell truck NOBODY told me I have LIMIT of Milage! You just do it postpartum! This is unfair! Cost kinda big by itself + gas+ you charged me for milage which you DIDN'T WARN me before!

Returning the truck was difficult. I had to take pictures and sign off on the condition when I picked up the truck. However dropping it off I was told to just leave it and I would get a receipt. That is not acceptable. You need to have experienced people at the desk to complete the transaction. Plus the gentleman the front desk clerk spoke with on the phone would not give her clear direction and I was told to just leave and they would check it in later. Finally after the 3rd call back to him he told her to take pictures and hung up on her. Not good customer service on this end of the transaction.

RICHARD OWhen we book at a certain location closer to our moving destination, they booked us a U-Haul rental further away from our destination adding unnecessary miles.
KEVIN GIt is convenient to pick up at a hotel with round the clock staff. (It would be nice to have a sign on the rental shack that directs you to the hotel lobby). The staff was very friendly and efficient. The truck was clean and ready and it was an easy process all around. Thank you.

Turns out hotel that was closed for the season on the other side of the parking lot was where attendant was located. NO SIGN on uhaul building indicating that service was located across parking lot in closed hotel lobby. Terrible lay out
Robert CLong process. No cell phone service to check in myself to take trailer. Main business didn’t know how to complete transaction at first. No help to lift trailer onto ball. No Jackie on trailer.
