This individual that works here has the worst attitude and has zero customer service. Does not want to fix his mistakes but wants you to fix them for him. You would be better off paying the mileage to take it to a different U-Haul facility will save you a ton of time and money got my money back after being on phone with go U-Haul but spent about 2 hours because the individual in Winnsboro doesn’t either understand what customer service is or doesn’t know his job.
