DAVID KI was confirmed a 20ft and once I got there they did not have it, they could not do anything but change the truck, I called U-Haul and they said it’s the location problem, the location said it was uhauls problem, neither one provided a discount for making me waste my time, pay double the miles and I had to take a smaller truck. Don’t trust U-Haul reservation and know they are definitely not warrantied, call your store before showing up on an uber

MARTIN LWe rented this truck to move our art work and fragile items to our new home. I didn't want the movers to do it. We got everything loaded and drove to the new house. It was long day so we decided to unload the next day. It rained alot that afternoon and night. The next morning we went to unload. The 6 art work boxes and 3 boxes with breakable were in the back, where we thought they were safe. Wrong. The truck leaked. Somewhere right behind the cab area there is a leakin the roof. We had to unpack those items and some are damaged. We had to buy a few boxes to repack the breakables so we didn't carry them off one at a time. This was horrible. This should not have happened. When we reported it the guy said thank you for telling him but I doubt anything will be done to fix it. The next person's belongs will be damaged if it rains. We are in florida it will rain.
STUART PIt's very bad the trunk broke down mid-ride I don't know why it has such high reviews 😕 and it started steaming there was no ac so it was hotter than outside I don't recommend it
JASON CA lot mileage reasonable for the transit so im not charged extra. I rented in Oviedo and had to take an alternate route due to the speed limit.

ROBERT JI really can not think of anything that can be done better there. The owner seems to be a kind person who understands how difficult moving can be. Dealing with the person at that location, & the person who arranged the rental initially by phone, made that part of my move the less a stressful part of the whole thing! Much appreciation to both of them!

Juan cI chose the "mobile pickup" option or whatever it is that lets you pick up at any time. This did not work. When trying to pick up the truck I got "equipment not assigned" so I had to call customer service twice and they ended up with "sorry, you'll have to wait until 9 when the place opens" which was half an hour later, which obviously messed up my schedule. The first truck I got had no left tail lights, which I had to point out. So that took more time to get another truck. This second truck was in much worse condition but at least the lights worked. To top it off I was so late.i didn't have time to fix the fact that the truck was a complete.model size smaller. Not even the size truck I ordered. Then when I bring it back they hit me with a fuel charge, even though the fuel was correct. My experience was very bad.

STEVEN PI had originally reserved my rental at a different location. UHAUL never contacted me the day before my reservation so I had to check that location and found out that they didn’t have the truck there. I then went to the food market location where they had the truck and reserved the truck there. The online reservation does not do any good. This is the second time I made an online reservation and they didn’t have the truck at the location I reserved and never received a call from Uhaul to let me know. Your local locations are good but your online reservation system is terrible and dose not work.

CRAIG LHe was extremely rude about charging me $17 for gas that was like maybe an eighth of a gallon to a half of a gallon less than what it should’ve been. I tried to explain to him what they told me when I picked the truck up and he was extremely rude and I feel a rip off
maryann bFirst of all, uhaul over charged me $500 over the price that was quoted when I reserved online 2 weeks ago. They took my money for a car tow that I didn't not accept do to no working lights. The store clerk had no clue what he was doing or how to fix the issues that were happening. Over all this was the absolute worst experience and I will never use uhaul again. I am having to fight to get back the money that was stolen from me by this company.

Christian CVery upset. The mileage meter not sure of the name of it needs to be checked. My trip was 47 miles and I was charged for 108 miles. Never renting with Uhaul again. Beyond fraud.
