Robert WAutomated pickup via the app took much longer than expected (15 minutes). Combination lock to retrieve keys gave me lots of problems. How about filling the tank (to Full) on each rental rather than have us guess how much gas we consumed? I know I replaced more than I used since it’s impossible to get it back to an exact 7/16 reading on the fuel gauge. I must admit my rental (van) was clean and in excellent condition. By the way a queen mattress really does not quite fit in the van (lie flat) due to the wheel wells not being quite 5 ft apart.
