Nobody provided an inspection around the vehicle at the start. Wasn’t informed that I had to take a picture of the drivers license, etc. It was only when I looked down at my phone that I saw text messages and emails stating that I had to do that. Other than this, it was a pretty good experience! Very easy and efficient to pick up and return.

Jonathan BI have dealt before with a U-Haul store where they rent and receive trailers, trucks.... This was not what I would call a very professional location. In addition; When I returned the trailer. I wanted to get credit for the mattress cover. Since I did not use it. At the delivery location. They told me that he could not give me credit. I would have to contact U-Haul to get credit. As far as was concerned. He represented -Haul and he should have been able to provide with credit.
