Make sure the U-Haul isn’t on empty fuel. Also, make it so the customer can actually complete the online documentation of the vehicle’s condition when it is picked up. There are more locations to upload photos than the maximum number of photos allowed.
Nicholas Scustomer service was not ideal. instead of being friendly and helpful to potentially provide adequate problem solving solutions. Called my grandmother with health issues and got her credit card information to charge.. very sketchy. 0 out of 10 stars ⭐️ will be followed up with

Lisa TConvenient to my location, doesn't have room for a lot of inventory and the national uhaul network was down, so checking in was affected. Certainly not the locations' fault. Staff was very freindly and helpful.

Dale PIt seemed every time I called at this location, their main goal was to put up roadblocks. I received a higher price from them when I called the Uhaul number. There customer service was spot on. The Vinton office did not make it a smooth process.

ARLON WOpened early to allow me to get my UHaul as soon as possible. A fantastic locations and great service. The only issue I had was a furniture cart being mistaken for a furniture Dolly.
Mark CThe location I picked it up was great. However, I reserved it at the Hershberger road location and, on arrival, was told no truck available. Then had to go ta another town to get. The reservation guarantee is, obviously, not a guarantee. But, the staff at winters storage was great!!!

gary fMy actual drop-off location was U-Haul at Williamson in Roanoke but when I contacted the location the gentleman who answered the phone told me he was not accepting out of town trucks and when I questioned my contract he hung up on me… VERY disappointing - first negative interaction with U-Haul!

Dustin PThe lady was very nice and good at her job. The dog in the office should not be at the area where customers need to be or pass by. It is not friendly to visitors and would frighten people afraid of dogs. It would be fine anywhere else than where customers would expect to enter the office.

Ronnie EPickup on a Sunday was a horrible experience. Vehicle was NOT properly maintained. Windshield wiper in pieces falling out when we picked up. Doors opening sounded HORRIBLE. Need baduc lubrication. Inside of truck not clean.

Tony SWhat's new with a particularly difficult one I have been in contact with you all day every day after my original drop off day I when I went to return the U-Haul I had called that morning to let them know that the storage building had been giving me a hard time getting into their facility since Saturday and she was not on empathetic and even try to go through her car ride to prove I didn't fall when I had proof that I actually did try to call her and got voicemail left a message she insisted that I was a liar. I have been storing things that we're storage since I was a teenager now I'm 47 never had I had a more rude conversation with anyone I understand the covid-19 so hot and so overwhelmed with everything sweeping out the truck with my last tour she would not allow me into the air conditioning even after I told her that I was unable to breathe and thought I was going to have a stroke she insisted I stay outside I was not allowed again no empathy whatsoever and this is my hometown it was embarrassing on her part the way she displayed herself I asked her nicely and after I explained the situation about not being able to the storage building starting Saturday should have the truck back Friday call was unable to reach you this difficulty with the other competitors storage building that was three to four extra days on my bill sadly I could not control again no empathy gave me the bill told me to sign it while I was outside three times not to come into your AC even though I was pouring sweat and breathing heavy. I have always recommended when are stored for friends that have located relocated move my family uses whatever story I will no longer refer to a storage building while after what has happened with winter scores and their competitors Storage King.
