The vehicle was quite worn. The seat was especially uncomfortable. I think it was kind of deformed from people sliding out of it over a long period of time. It would have been better if this location had some kind of automated key pickup since I was there to pick up the truck at 9:00 (as scheduled) and no one was there until 9:10. The truck served its purpose, and everything worked out OK, but I would probably try another location or another company the next time I need a rental moving truck.

I was told truck had to be back in 24 hrs because it was rent out. Which would have been ok but truck didn’t perform well at all. Going up a hill it would only go 15 mph not transmission was not shifting causing Rpm to be high using extra gas. Also made a roaring.sound . I call the winters storage 5 time yesterday and told her that truck was not running well and also due to that I couldn’t pick up my belongings to come back with could they credit 73 mile . She said no then I told her I would just have to rent truck extra day she said they had to have it back. So I feel the truck need to be serviced due to issues also gas cost more with the rpm’s high. I feel like I should only have to pay for half the mileage because I couldn’t pick up bedroom set on way back. I would have only rent truck one way.
