KEVIN HYou know I was expecting to come to a facility where it was going to be a breeze to go in and out, but I don’t need that. I not have the code to get the key, but I was left with a vehicle with absolutely no gas not only that but the check engine light was on and it didn’t have a cap on the fuel tank. so I had to sit there and make a few phone calls to U-Haul around one and a half two hours before I left that parking lot and had to go fuel up. After the trip was done was one day it was a horrible experience truck wouldn’t drive great shake all the time and turns out that we could build for all this gas in which the truck never even had the first place so we get charged for gas, but they have audacity to charge me for cleanliness which I understand if it was filthy or dirty a mess, but there was actually maybe a couple pieces of paper and I mean by that some little pieces not even a full sheet of paper, when I first hopped into the vehicle, there was trash and the inside was dusty as hell so to say the least, I would not recommend this location to anyone because they’re going to overcharge you on things that you shouldn’t be getting overcharged so therefore, if you do end up going there or getting a vehicle from this place, make sure you watch how much they bill you

JAISON kEverything was great. The staff at the place where I picked up the trailer were awesome. The staff where I returned the trailer are excellent as well. I had rented from the return business in the past and was very pleased so did not hesitate to use them to return the trailer. Great job by all.

RENE GLow on gas. Could not find key/lock box Dirty inside cab Not much power. Maybe upcoming transmission issue. Customer support could not hear them. Eventually agent starred yelling at me Sarcastically. Passenger side seat belt did not work.
Douglas RThe employee wasn't very friendly and wasn't helpful when I returned the trailer (it was sprinkling when I got there). I ended up completing the return process on the Uhaul App.
CHRISTINA RWhen we arrived to pick up our U-Haul Truck, there wasn't an option in the App or online to do the self-service pickup. The office was closed and when we called the U-Haul phone number for customer assistance, we were on hold for almost 30 minutes. The U-Haul rep had to unlock a feature in the App to allow us to do the self-service.

ANTOINE OAfter hours, i lost the return trailer session when i had to enable camera for firefox. The browser restarted and i lost the session. As result was unable to upload trailer pics
