Staff was very friendly and helpful in making changes to original rental. Only issue was that the trailer right turn signal/brake light did not work. Otherwise very pleased with thier service. Joe V.

CHRISTINA RESENDEZWhen we arrived to pick up our U-Haul Truck, there wasn't an option in the App or online to do the self-service pickup. The office was closed and when we called the U-Haul phone number for customer assistance, we were on hold for almost 30 minutes. The U-Haul rep had to unlock a feature in the App to allow us to do the self-service.

John SawyerNot well marked as to which of the businesses in a strip mall was the U-haul representative. Not typical of U-haul was the fact that the customer doesn't return the equipment in a designated return area and the customer is responsible for backing the trailer into a parking spot. The proprietor was impolite to my wife when she went in to close the contract. He was friendly with me though out in the lot when my wife was not present.
