VONETTA GMy drop off location was change without anyone calling me first after I selected a near by location she. I did the reservation. I have to drive 40 mins each way to be able to return the rental. That is an inconvenience.

CINTIA TWas charged $15 cleaning fee automatically when returning a spotless trailer late at night. Was not disclosed at time of booking. The $16 insurance and the $15 cleaning fee are unacceptable when renting a trailer. Rip-off.
