Everyone was great. No problems at all and vary friendly. They even hooked the trailer I rented up to my truck for me, I could have done it if needed. They even provided a adapter for the electrical hookup from the small flat style the trailer had to my larger round style my truck had, for free. I would recommend this u-haul location to any one. One suggestion. Contact them ahead of time if you do need help with something like hooking up a trailer as available staff changes by day and/or time. If you can do that yourself then don't worry about it. If renting a small trailer, do get yourself an adapter from the small flat connector to what ever your tow vehicle is equipped with ahead of time though.

This was one of the best on-line renting experiences I have done. Everything was done via cell phone and the transition once I arrived at the service location was great with friendly staff who had me on my way in minutes and returning the vehicle was just as seamless. I would recommend this process and U-Haul Location to All of my contacts and friends.

AWFUL customer service in general, but specifically the handle to open and close window was broken off when we got the truck and when we said something about it, they couldn't have been any less helpful or rude about it. Super unfortunate experience, especially because the people at the Uhaul on S. State in Ann Arbor could not have been more wonderful.

I used the mobile, "touchless" process for both renting and returning the truck. The process could use some improvements, as it would have been quicker to just go into the store. I understand the need to verify identity, but it seems like this could have been done when I reserved the truck rather than when picking it up. I ended up spending 15-20 minutes in what could have been a 5-minute process. When I completed the return process, I may have missed it but I did not see instructions on what to do with the key. Ended up going inside anyway and handing it to the clerk. Finally, it snowed the morning I rented - would have been nice to have had the vehicle cleaned off ahead of time. Overall, though, this was a good experience and I would definitely not hesitate to rent again from U-Haul or Wolverine Party Shoppe.

My truck was ready on time, but the equipment I rented that was necessary for my move (furniture pads) were not. This delayed my move! They did nothing to reimburse me for my delay. Don't do 24/7 pickup at this location.

The vehicle was in extremely poor repair. The front tire was nearly flat when we got it as as there was a nail in it. The vehicle may need ball joints which is a safety issue. The vehicle had been in an accident such that the driver door didn't close properly. The light switch in the cargo area was broken. The wipers need replacement.

I incurred an extra charge on my debt card for $7.34 at wolverine party store the site of the u haul that I did not authorize. The store does not know how the charge occured , I did not buy anything in the store when I rented the truck and did not enter the store when I returned the truck,handed in the key to the attendant out side the store.

Scheduled on-line pickup for 8:30Am and got to location at 8:30 only to have the app tell me that I couldn't start the process until 9:00AM when the store opened! Then it took 3-4 times LONGER to get the vehicle than if I just went into the store and dealt with the human! The on-line pickup experience is terrible.

The online check in experience was a disaster . When I got there they asked for my lease!! Or my passport??? Nowhere was I told there would be an additional identity check and none of my friends were able to pick up the phone . You need to either warn people to bring their passport or lease or change this system. It took me longer than if I had chosen to check in in person
